Info: Gerry Andal has accumulated many years of experience that can be applied to the real estate business. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, he completed a Masters of Business Administration program at the University of Michigan. Gerry worked for the Ford Motor Company in Michigan and Colorado in the finance and marketing areas before becoming the youngest Lincoln-Mercury dealer in the history of the company at the age of 28. Many people in the Seattle area remember him as the owner of Gerry Andal Lincoln-Mercury in Burien, where he spent eight years sharing time between the car and music businesses before deciding to buy the Longhorn Bar & Grill to be able to concentrate more on his love for music. For over fifteen years, Gerry produced and starred in his own TV show, and he has four country music albums and two CD’s to his credit. After the Longhorn in the University area of Seattle, he opened Gerry Andal’s Ranch Restaurants in Everett, Auburn and Olympia, which he operated for ten years. Gerry still performs occasionally around the area with his band, the roughriders.

Community involvement has always been a big part of Gerry Andal’s life over the years, being a past member of the Everett Rotary Club, serving on the Board of Directors of the Everett Chamber of Commerce and the Executive Board of the Washington Restaurant Association. He is a past president of the Snohomish County Big Brothers and Sisters, headed up the Small Business branch of the United Way Campaign, served on the Advisory Board for Everett Community College Foundation, and currently sits on the Advisory Board for Equifriends. Gerry has promoted rodeos, bullriding events and country music concerts, and he hosted his own Country Music Jamboree for a number of years.

For the last eight years, Gerry Andal’s Auto Ranch in Everett has been his main business. Prior to that, he spent a couple of years in real estate with Windermere Realty in Everett and developed a deep interest in the whole real estate process.

Gerry has always been interested in sports and earned his way through college with a football scholarship at the University of Washington; then later played on a USAHA national championship hockey team while attending graduate school at the University of Michigan. He has competed in cow cutting and penning, plays racquetball, golf and tennis, and in recent years he resumed his hockey career after an 18 year break, playing in the Everett Adult Hockey League. He now enjoys watching (and coaching a little bit) his grandsons as they embark on their seemingly promising athletic careers.

Info: I have been a real estate agent for over ten years. Now I am the Broker for Andal Family Realty. I am committed to the highest integrity in handling your real estate needs. I take your business personally and strive to deliver a higher level of personal service than other agents. I know the Puget Sound and can effectively market your home and position you to receive top dollar. Also, I can help you find the perfect home or highest yielding investment property using expert negotiating skills to get you the best deal.

I am a 1990 graduate of Washington State University where I lettered two years playing football. My family moved to Federal Way in 1972 and I have lived in Washington ever since. After college, I moved to Everett and have lived in Snohomish County continuously, the last 4+ years in Arlington’s Gleneagle.

I am a family person, which is a big reason why we named our company Andal Family Realty. Our family working for you and your family. I have been married to Valerie for over 15 years. Valerie is an Emergency Room Registered Nurse at Harborview Medical Center, where she takes great pride in saving lives and giving the best medical care possible in the world. Together we have two children. Kevin is a freshman at Arlington High School and Noah is in the 4th grade at Pioneer Elementary. They are both wonderful kids that we are very proud of.

I am very active in my community. Just last year, I coached football, basketball and baseball. I feel strongly that youth sports are an ideal way for kids to learn discipline, teamwork and the value of sportsmanship. I feel this is a way that I can give back and be a positive influence in my community. Also, for the last four years I have been on the Board of Directors for my Homeowners Association in Gleneagle. I’ve given many, many hours of my time to try to continue to make Gleneagle the best neighborhood it can be.

Andal Family Realty takes your real estate dealings personally. We won’t succeed without you. We ask for your business, and we will fight hard to get you the best deal-- just like we were fighting for ourselves. Our family working for your family.
